Human Resources Information for Adjuncts
Payroll paperwork should be completed prior to your first day of work with OSU. If it isn’t, please contact us so we can have it completed as soon as possible. When you come to Human Resources, please bring a check to void and your social security card (for payroll purposes). You will also need to bring a government issued photo id, such as a passport or drivers’ license for the I-9.

If you are benefit eligible, and have not attended a benefit enrollment meeting, please call or email our HR offices in Tulsa for assistance. You can contact Bobbie McPherson at 918-594-8222 or email@example.com for assistance with benefits. There are specific enrollment deadlines for benefits, so please contact our office as soon as possible. All benefits information may be found online at https://hr.okstate.edu/benefits.
If you don’t have an OSU email account yet (OKEY), have you completed the initial payroll paperwork mentioned above? If not, that is the first step to getting your email/OKEY account started.
To set up your OSU email (OKEY account) you must have your Banner ID and PIN. You may activate your OKEY account from the following website: http://okey.okstate.edu. For help activating your email account contact the Tulsa Helpdesk at 918.594.8200. Your PIN will be sent to the email account you provided on your Personal Information Form (in HR) 3-5 days after your payroll paperwork is complete. Be sure to check your spam folder.
Log on to: http://my.okstate.edu using your OKEY username and password. Click “Oklahoma State University” under the “Go To” dropdown on the right hand corner of the page. On the left hand side of the page, click on the “Employee” tab. From there, click on the “Employee Self Service” link. Click on “Pay Stub” to view paystubs.
