Join the Wellness Center every for a virtual core workout taught via Zoom. Classes are free and open to students, faculty and staff. 

Fall 2020 Virtual Workouts:

  • Core & More: Mondays at noon, Fridays at 11 a.m.
  • Yoga: Mondays at 4 p.m., Fridays at 12 p.m.

Please email the Wellness Center at tulsa.wellness@okstate.edu/ for the Meeting ID and password for each class.

Please note that all classes start promptly at their specified time.
