Join OSU-Tulsa Wellness for Yoga - Mondays at 1 p.m. and Fridays at 12 p.m.


Fall 2021 fitness classes will be held in-person, but can also be attended virtually via Zoom. Please email the Wellness Center at tulsa.wellness@okstate.edu for the Meeting ID and password for each class.

Fall 2021 fitness classes start Aug. 24 and end Dec. 8.

Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa is offering a virtual workshop series: Feel Better Fast. 

This weekly drop-in workshop is a chance to learn quick and useful skills of a variety of topics. Upcoming topics and dates will be announced soon.

  • Session 1: Mindfulness.
  • September 13th at 6:00 PM

Mindfulness is a great tool for tackling a variety of problems. In our Feel Better Fast Series you will learn a series of techniques you can use in the moment. This is great for people dealing with anxiety or relationship conflict.
