Our show broadcasts monthly on KOSU and KWGS; both National Public Radio affiliates.
Focus: Black Oklahoma features spotlight interviews supported by stories on current topics and events in our BIPOC communities. These topics include news, politics, current affairs, education, law, arts, family, health, relationships, sports, finances, business, spirituality, technology, and more.

The Monthly Labor Review (MLR) has been the principal journal of fact, analysis, and research from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for over 100 years. Its comprehensive scope covers strikes and unions, working conditions, wartime economy changes, issues of women and minorities in the workforce, prices, family budgets, industry-specific issues, and more. The MLR has earned its place as a researcher favorite due to its plentiful data tables and concise articles, all published as events were unfolding. We are pleased to announce that the MLR is now fully available in FRASER, the St. Louis Federal Reserve’s digital library, with article-level metadata, free downloading, persistent links, and other user-friendly functions. Because of the deep history on and around the OSU-Tulsa campus – from the meeting of Creek, Cherokee and Osage Nation land to Black Wall Street and the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre – the work at OSU-Tulsa's Center for TRHT involves engaging community stakeholders to create programming and initiatives that benefit the north Tulsa community as well as the OSU-Tulsa campus community.
