Wellness Resources
It's okay to struggle with mental health.
We've all been there.
The struggle comes with many names: anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, stress and more. They can be brought on by the stress of school and daily life, the need to pay bills or afford groceries, health concerns, sexual assault, physical and emotional abuse, or racial oppression, to name a few.
It’s time we treat mental health needs more openly as a society. Let’s Talk About It and make it a normal part of life to get help and heal. Talk with your friends and family, OSU staff and mental health professionals. Let’s start the change.

Become An Advocate
Advocate training opportunities are available for faculty, staff and students to learn more about mental health. In addition to spreading awareness of OSU's mental health resources, advocates can participate in training that teaches how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness, aids in suicide prevention, and builds on the importance of our collective role to support each other.
