Beverages in the Hospitality Industry
Join Oklahoma State School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the College of Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University in this introductory wine appreciation course. This class will focus on production and farming techniques, significant red and white grape varietals and important wine growing. Students will learn how to evaluate, taste and pair wine with food. The class instructor is T.C. Leroy, operating and general manager of Prhyme: Downtown Steakhouse.
