Challenge the Trainer

Do you have what it takes to beat our wellness staff at a fitness challenge? Come find out! Students/Employees can come into the Wellness Center between 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and challenge our staff to a mystery fitness challenge. Just to give you an advantage, all challenges are randomly chosen by the participants. If you beat the trainer, you get a prize! Show us how much ‘fit’ you have in your fitness.
