Changing the Narrative | Place-ing the arts, scholarship, and public life
Tuesday, April 19 | 12-1 p.m.
The next session in the Changing the Narrative series topic is Place-ing the arts, scholarship, and public life. Interested participants can click here to register for the Zoom webinar or watch and comment live on OSU-Tulsa's Facebook page.
Place-ing the arts, scholarship, and public life is a public virtual discussion on Facebook Live and Zoom featuring directors from the centers that host the Changing the Narrative series.
Discussion Description: It will be a roundtable discussion for the Centers and “what does it mean for us – individually and collectively -- to pursue our work on/from a campus situated such as ours. What responsibilities do we have as scholars and creative people situated thusly? How might we synergize to meet this call of history and the present?”
April 19 Panel:
- Quraysh Ali Lansana, Center for Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation at OSU-Tulsa
- Dr. Tami Moore, Center for Public Life
