Road to Resilience (Virtual Group)
Resilience: The ability or capacity to recover quickly and adapt in the face of adversity, trauma, and stress. As we all face times of unprecedented stress and anxiety, improving our ability to resilient has never been so important.
The Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa is hosting a FREE, four-week virtual resiliency group, beginning on Tues., Sept. 22, from 8-9:30 PM.
This group aims to provide you with tools and skills that you can use in your daily life to support your ability to tolerate distress, regulate your emotions, build mindfulness, and improve your interpersonal relationships.
