• What can I negotiate (salary, vacation, benefits package, flexible schedule, etc.)?
• How do I negotiate an increase in compensation?
• How do I know my value?
• How do I know the value of this role for the company?
• And, in the case of declining an offer, how do I do so respectfully to preserve a possible future opportunity?
