Self-Care Workshop | Virtual Workshop offered by Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa
What is Self-Care, and why should we do it? Stress plays a large role in our lives these days and our relationship to those stressors deeply affects our sense of wellbeing. This workshop will be teaching strategies for boundary setting at home, at work, and with friends, and will include tangible techniques to try out when crafting your personalized self-care routine.
This virtual workshop is FREE to attend and will be held on Thurs., July 30 from 6-7:30pm on Zoom.
