Self Compassion Workshop
Are you highly critical of yourself, your relationships, or achievements in life?
The Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa is hosting a self-compassion group on Friday, April 23rd, from 4-5 PM.
It has been a tough year with COVID-19, and now is the time to show ourselves self-compassion. This group encourages you to build a positive compassionate relationship with yourself and aims to provide you with educational tools that you can use in your daily life to support your mental health and overall wellness. Come to our workshop to learn skills that you can practice anywhere!
