So You Want to Make a Movie?
The 8 week workshop will be held at AHHA (101 E Archer St, Tulsa, OK 74103) on Mondays from 7- 9 p.m. January 14, 2019 - March 11, 2019 with no workshop on Monday, January 21, 2019 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Workshop Description:
So, you want to make a movie? Where do you start? What do you need? What tools are available and how do you use them? To answer these questions, this workshop has two parts with the end goal of creating a short digital video the participant will submit to a local film festival. The first part of the workshop will provide conceptual guidance to prospective video makers, introducing common pre-production techniques and methods (generating ideas, screenwriting, storyboarding, scheduling). In addition, this workshop will teach prospective video makers the basics of using a camera (from focus to white balance) and non-linear editing through instruction in Creative Cloud.
