Penny Williams Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship Information

This scholarship is made available through funding by a number of donors in honor of Senator Penny Williams; it supports students taking classes on the OSU-Tulsa campus.

Criteria for Consideration

• Minimum GPA: Competitive
• Need-based: No
• Residency: Resident or Non-resident
• Academic level: Undergraduate or graduate
• Enrollment status: Part-time (At least 6 hours completed at OSU-Tulsa*)
• Campus: OSU-Tulsa
• College: Education and Human Sciences 
• Major: Elementary Education
• Additional criteria: Student must have an existing undergraduate degree and pursuing a second degree in elementary education. Student must be a current resident of the Tulsa metropolitan area.

* OSU-Tulsa courses state TUL in the campus field.
