Keynote: Resiliency in Action by Dondi Scumaci

When things don't work out, learn how to stay in the game. Manage your disappointment and don't let it become who you are and how you see yourself. How you respond in the future is important; don’t push your chair back from the table, instead keep your focus. You may be moving from a loss to your next win. Make choices and reevaluate what happened. Timing, the 2020 environment, and organizational priorities shift. As you build your resiliency, you will see the big picture more readily. Learn how to take your power back after an idea does not resonate. Frame your thoughts with intention as you move to your next plan.

Dondi Scumaci is an International Performance Consultant and author- an expert in leadership development, professional development, performance management and world class service. Over the past nine years, Dondi has helped thousands of UPS workers around the world create mentoring communities and peer-to-peer partnerships. Dondi has experience partnering with organizations in various industries to meet learning and development needs.

Session 1: Addressing Unconscious Bias & Microaggressions by Dondi Scumaci

Simply an understanding of unconscious bias, microaggressions, and how we come to think the way we do provides opportunities to change dynamics and create a more robust workforce. The understanding of one's actions due to unconscious bias can offer participants opportunities to shift environments and manage plans in a more equitable way.

Strategies to Unload Stress by Robyn Brunscher

There are plenty of new situations that can induce stress! Let's determine our stressors and isolate the common themes which frequently arise. Managing demands and shifting priorities can be intense; however, we can learn ways to manage stress effectively and navigate through change with confidence.
