OSU-Tulsa provides Leche Lounge for nursing mothers

OSU-Tulsa has set up a Leche Lounge in Main Hall Commons so nursing mothers can have privacy and comfort while expressing breast milk for their babies.

The enclosure features an inside door lock, comfortable seating, an Ameda Platinum pump available for use and available outlets so mothers can use their own breast pump.

The unit meets a need for students, faculty, staff and guests and helps OSU-Tulsa comply with federal laws.

Other private rooms are available in the Human Resources office in Main Hall 1405 and Campus Life and Career Services in North Hall 103. The Leche Lounge is located next to the permanent OSU-Tulsa Library - currently closed for renovation - near the 1300 wing of Main Hall.
