Event and Meeting Space Request Form

Students, faculty, staff and guests interested in booking space for a meeting or event at OSU-Tulsa should use the form below. Provide as much information as possible about your organization and event to help expedite the booking process. If you are requesting a series of events or meetings, you can request the entire series using one form submission; just click "Add Event" in the Event Information section of the form.

After your form is submitted, your information will be routed to OSU-Tulsa Events or Academic Affairs and you will be contacted for more information or to complete the booking process.
