Oklahoma State University-Tulsa is offering a three-day interactive workshop in June to provide Tulsa-area teachers with curriculum ideas and strategies for teaching students about the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.
“Writing and Remembrance: Strategies for Teaching the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre” is set for 9 a.m.-4 p.m. June 11-13 in the Bank of Oklahoma Room at OSU-Tulsa, 700 N. Greenwood Ave. The cost is $25.

Tulsa County Commissioner Karen Keith will deliver the keynote address during the 2019 Oklahoma State University-Tulsa graduation ceremony on May 13. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at The Pavilion at Expo Square.
