In order to make technology more accessible to everyone, the OSU-Tulsa Library offers the following tech-to-go equipment for checkout from the circulation desk.

Data Loss Notice: All Computing Devices have Deep Freeze software installed. This software deletes any downloads, files or documents created by the user and resets all data to the preset profile. You must save all work before powering off or rebooting. The library is not responsible for lost data.

Lending Terms

• 7 Day Check-out.

• 1 Renewal (Maximum 14 Days).

• Patron must wait 24 hours to check out the same type of device again.

• Overdue fine of $25.00 per day. No maximum fine.

• A Student Tech-to-Go Statement of Responsibility must be signed once per semester.

• Only students, faculty and staff with a valid Oklahoma State University ID are allowed to check out devices from the Circulation Desk. Should a patron forget their OSU ID, they MUST have another valid photo ID and know their CWID to check out a device.
