We're here to help you transition to OSU-Tulsa by providing robust programs and services to ensure your success. All students are required to attend an orientation and enrollment program. You must be admitted before you can register. Please log in to your admissions portal to check your application status and view your checklist.

Fall Orientation and Enrollment Program Options

 

Transfer Orientation and Enrollment

The on-campus orientation and enrollment program is ideal for transfer students seeking a stronger familiarity with campus as well as in-person advising and enrollment. Please plan to be at the OSU-Tulsa campus for half a day to participate in this program. Please note that all transfer orientation and enrollment programs require a $100 per student fee, which is paid upon program registration and fully refundable for those who cancel admission by May 1. If you're eligible for an application fee waiver, Oklahoma's Promise or a Pell Grant (as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you may defer your payment to your fall Bursar bill.

Freshman Orientation and Enrollment

For freshmen, $300 enrollment deposit must be submitted before you can register for an orientation and enrollment program. If you're eligible for an application fee waiver, Oklahoma's Promise or a Pell Grant (as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you may defer your enrollment deposit to your fall Bursar bill. The enrollment deposit can be refunded in part ($250) for those who cancel admission by May 1. 

 

 

Virtual Orientation + Advising Access

With a focus on campus and academic resources, this self-paced, online program provides transfer and freshman students with the knowledge needed to be successful at OSU-Tulsa. Once you've completed the Cowboy 360 online modules, you'll be sent more information to schedule academic advising and enroll in classes at a date and time convenient to your schedule.

 

First-Time Freshmen

All incoming first-time freshmen must submit the $300 enrollment deposit before registering for their required online orientation and enrollment session. If you're eligible for an application fee waiver, Oklahoma's Promise or a Pell Grant (as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student AId), you may defer your payment to your Bursar bill for your first semester at OSU.
