About OSU-Tulsa
OSU-Tulsa extends OSU's land-grant mission of access, innovation and service to the
heart of downtown Tulsa.
OSU's downtown Tulsa campus
OSU-Tulsa offers undergraduate and graduate programs designed to meet students where
they are — whether they’re beginning college, transferring from another institution
or returning to finish a degree. Our students earn the same degree as those in Stillwater,
backed by OSU’s reputation for quality, value and experiential learning. We connect
students with internships, research partnerships and community engagement opportunities,
helping them make an impact in Orange Country and beyond.

Our Students
Making college flexible, affordable and within reach
OSU-Tulsa serves students at every stage of their educational journey, from first-time
freshmen to working professionals finishing a degree or advancing their careers. Our
flexible class options make it possible to balance college with work, family and life.
- Choose between online, in-person and hybrid classes
- Many on-campus courses meet one night a week
- Most evening classes begin at 4:30 p.m. or later
Earning an OSU degree in Tulsa is also affordable. OSU-Tulsa awards thousands of dollars
in scholarships, grants and financial aid each year — and has awarded more than $3
million in scholarships since 2005.
Many students choose OSU-Tulsa after completing general education courses at a two-year
college, while others begin their college experience here. Whatever the path, all
students benefit from small class sizes, faculty who understand real-world challenges
and a campus designed for student success.
Our Community
in the heart of Historic Greenwood
The OSU-Tulsa campus is located in Tulsa’s Greenwood district, the historic home of
Black Wall Street and the events of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The Greenwood district
exists on the boundaries of Cherokee, Osage, and Creek Nation land.
Professional Workforce Education
Develop your employees' potential
OSU-Tulsa provides industry-aligned education for Tulsa's professional workforce,
allowing mid-career professionals to advance their education through flexible and
accelerated learning formats - without leaving their jobs.
We also develop workshops and short courses with input from employers, with an emphasis
on Oklahoma's top 100 critical occupations, including health professions, engineering,
advanced technology and educational leadership.
OSU-Tulsa Leadership
connecting Tulsa to the OSU System
OSU-Tulsa's leadership team work closely with leadership at our main campus in Stillwater
and with our partner institutions to ensure we operate as an efficient system. Our
seven-member Board of Trustees is appointed by the governor.
