About OSU-Tulsa
OSU-Tulsa brings OSU's land-grant mission to an urban setting. Access to education
is essential to our mission.
OSU's Research university in downtown Tulsa
OSU-Tulsa is a transfer institution, offering junior- and senior-level undergraduate
coursework, as well as graduate degrees and certificates.
Students earn the same OSU degree that students in Stillwater earn, in an environment
that is especially sensitive to the needs of working professionals. OSU-Tulsa's downtown
location adds to the value of that degree by giving students access to the internship
and volunteer opportunities, cultural attractions and social scene that come with
an urban campus.

Our Mission
Education
As part of a land-grant institution, access to education is essential to our mission.
Research
Solving the world's most pressing problems is at the root of all we do.
Outreach
Community engagement connects us to our neighbors and city.
Our Students
Making college manageable and affordable for working adults
OSU-Tulsa's class schedules are created to help students balance busy lives with earning
a degree:
- Choose between online, in-person and hybrid classes
- Most on-campus classes are offered one night a week
- Most on-campus classes start at 4:30 p.m. or later
Earning an OSU degree in Tulsa is affordable. OSU-Tulsa has awarded more than $3 million
in scholarships since 2005, and awards thousands of dollars in grants and financial
aid each year.
Since OSU-Tulsa's undergraduate students are all transfer students, many spend their
freshman and sophomore years at local two-year colleges, which typically have lower
costs.
Our Community
in the heart of Historic Greenwood
The OSU-Tulsa campus is located in Tulsa’s Greenwood district, the historic home of
Black Wall Street and the events of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The Greenwood district
exists on the boundaries of Cherokee, Osage, and Creek Nation land.
Professional Workforce Education
Develop your employees' potential
OSU-Tulsa provides industry-aligned education for Tulsa's professional workforce,
allowing mid-career professionals to advance their education through flexible and
accelerated learning formats - without leaving their jobs.
We also develop workshops and short courses with input from employers, with an emphasis
on Oklahoma's top 100 critical occupations, including health professions, engineering,
advanced technology and educational leadership.
OSU-Tulsa Leadership
connecting Tulsa to the OSU System
OSU-Tulsa's leadership team work closely with leadership at our main campus in Stillwater
and with our partner institutions to ensure we operate as an efficient system. Our
seven-member Board of Trustees is appointed by the governor.
