Edward E. and Helen T. Barlett Foundation-Teacher Education Fellowship at OSU-Tulsa
This scholarship is funded by Edward E and Helen T Bartlett and supports students taking classes on the OSU-Tulsa campus.
Criteria for Consideration

- Academic level: Graduate
- Enrollment status: 3 credit hours each semester at OSU-Tulsa
- Campus: OSU-Tulsa

- Major: Open
- Additional criteria:
- First preference will be given to graduate students who are admitted to a graduate program at OSU-Tulsa, who are currently employed by a school located in Creek County, Oklahoma, and who have a tenure of at least three years.
- Second preference will be given to students who are non-administration education degree candidates pursuing an advanced degree in their field of study.
- Third preference will be given to students who are teachers employed by a school in Creek County, Oklahoma, pursuing credit and non-credit continuing education seminars, programs, and classes sponsored or helped by/at OSU-Tulsa.
- The recipient must remain employed with a school in Creek County, Oklahoma, in order for their scholarship to be renewed in successive semesters.
