Nekki Reagan-Neeley, MHR

Emonica “Nekki” Reagan-Neeley has worked on the OSU-Tulsa campus for more than 25 years—much of that time as the face of OSU-Tulsa’s outreach efforts. As assistant vice president for community engagement and student services, she leads multiple student-facing areas at OSU-Tulsa including the Testing Center, Writing Center, Career Services, Campus Life, Student Accessibility Services, Multicultural Student Services, and Student Conduct in addition to the campus's community engagement initiatives.

 

In her community engagement role, Reagan-Neeley was instrumental in establishing a Campus-Neighborhood Collaborative to connect campus leadership with community leaders, growing OSU-Tulsa's outreach efforts focused on youth and supporting partnerships between community organizations and OSU-Tulsa.

 

A graduate of Booker T. Washington High School, Reagan-Neeley earned her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University in speech communications and her master’s in human relations from the University of Oklahoma. She also is an instructor at Tulsa Community College. 

 

She has served on boards including the Greenwood Cultural Center and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Society.
