Guest Access Policy
The OSU-Tulsa Library welcomes guests from OSU's Main Campus, OSU's other campuses, the Academic Community at large, OSU alumni, and other guests. Guests need to be respectful of the library environment at all times. Minor children under the age of 18 must be supervised and accompanied by an adult.

OSU Main Campus Students
The OSU-Tulsa Library welcomes guests from OSU's Main Campus. Guests need to be respectful of the library environment at all times. Minor children under the age of 18 must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
Book Collection Access
OSU-Stillwater students may come in at any time and browse the collection and use the catalog to locate materials. Students in the OSU-Stillwater Student Database may check out items at the OSU-Tulsa Library. See Circulation for additional information.
Computer Access
Library computers are intended primarily for use by OSU-Tulsa students, faculty, staff with an O-Key login.
Those from OSU-Stillwater may use Library computers with an O-Key login.
The number of free prints available to OSU-Stillwater students depends on the number of credit hours in which students are enrolled. See Computer and Network Use Policy for additional information.
Wi-Fi Access
OSU-Stillwater students visiting the OSU-Tulsa Campus have Wi-Fi access by using their O-Key login. The library is a hot spot. Contact IT for assistance with Wi-Fi access.
Database Access
Computers in the Library can access the content of indexes and databases, journals, magazines, and newspapers listed on the OSU-Tulsa Library webpages. Off-campus access is not available unless you are enrolled at both campuses. However, Stillwater and Tulsa have many of the same databases.
Interlibrary Loan
OSU-Stillwater students and faculty members generally will go through the OSU-Stillwater Library webpage to access Interlibrary Loan. Materials borrowed from other libraries will be sent to the OSU-Stillwater Library and/or emailed as requested.
Printing Using Copy/Scan Machines
If you want to make or scan copies, use your ID for copier/scanner. Several scanners attached to computers are available in the Library. Ask for assistance.

OSU Center for Health Sciences Campus Students
The OSU-Tulsa Library welcomes guests from OSU's Center for Health Sciences Campus. Guests need to be respectful of the library environment at all times. Minor children under the age of 18 must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult.

OSU-CHS students, faculty, and staff may come in at any time and browse the collection and use the catalog to locate materials. Students and faculty wanting to borrow materials must show proof of enrollment or employment at OSU. See Circulation for additional information.

Those from OSU-CHS may use Library computers with an O-Key login.

The OSU-Tulsa Library welcomes OSU Alumni. Guests need to be respectful of the library environment at all times. Minor children under the age of 18 must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
Book Collection Access
OSU Alumni are welcome to come in at any time to browse the OSU-Tulsa Library collection and use the catalog to locate materials. Items may be checked out by presenting a current OSU Alumni Association or Community Borrower's card, along with identification.
Computer Access
Library computers are intended primarily for use by OSU-Tulsa students, faculty, staff with an O-Key login.
OSU Alumni without documentation are limited to computer use once per calendar year. See the Library's Computer Policy for additional information.
Wi-Fi Access
OSU Alumni visiting the OSU-Tulsa campus will also have wireless internet access. The library is a hot spot. Contact IT for assistance with Wi-Fi access.
Database Access
Computers can be used once per year to access the content of indexes and databases, journals, magazines, and newspapers listed on the OSU-Tulsa Library webpages.
Information is available about joining the OSU Alumni Association or purchasing a Community Borrower's Card for additional access. Only a limited number of databases are available off-campus.
Local public libraries have access to many resources with a local public library card. Contact the public library of your choice for additional information.

LU and other regional university students are welcome to browse the collection and use the catalog to locate materials. All students from LU or other regional universities may borrow books from the collection if they have an OK-Share Card. See OK-Share for additional information.

All other students from participating universities including OSU–IT, OSU-OKC may borrow books from the collection if they have an OK-Share Card or OSU affiliated ID. Prospective and former students on the OSU-Tulsa Campus may come in to browse the library's collection and use the public catalog workstation station to locate materials. Borrowing materials is restricted to those that have a Community Borrower's card.
