2024 Workforce Training Series

Training designed for leadership development and employee advancement
As part of the UpSkill Oklahoma team, we understand workforce development needs and know what it takes to create and deliver specialized workforce education. We are excited to launch two new online training series in 2024, Project Management Leadership and Leadership Training for managers. These expert-led courses have been developed by working directly with businesses and feature customizable delivery options to fit your timeline and needs.

 

Project Management Leadership

Online Training Series - $4,796

Designed to prepare participants for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) exam, fulfill contact hour requirements necessary to apply and take the PMP exam and provide an in-depth understanding of Project Management best practices. The course starts Monday, Jan. 29. Participants must enroll by Monday, Jan. 22.

Leadership Training Series for Managers

Online Training Series - $1,500

These courses can be purchased separately ($300 per course) are all together as a bundle ($1500). Dates on individual courses vary and the bundle option begins March. 4.

Learn Active Listening & Influencing Skills

Self-Paced Course Now Available - $50
Learn how to skillfully influence others at work but developing your active listening skills. Taught by Gina Noble, M.S., participants will learn how to utilize empathetic listening and emotional intelligence while also recognizing the importance of body language and tone.
