OSU-Tulsa students recently completed the “Empowering the Leader Within” workshop series, closing out a semester of leadership growth, self-discovery and connection.
This spring’s series focused on helping students build essential leadership skills to support their academic, professional and personal success. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, participants explored topics such as self-awareness, communication styles and goal setting. The program is part of OSU-Tulsa’s expanding commitment to providing career and personal development opportunities outside the classroom.
Two of the students who completed the program, Meagan Claybrook and Diane Madison, demonstrated strong engagement throughout the workshop, contributing to discussions, supporting their peers and developing personalized leadership strategies.
Their participation reflects the spirit of the program — encouraging students to recognize their unique strengths, build confidence and take an active role in their leadership journeys.
Looking Ahead
The “Empowering the Leader Within” series will return in fall 2025, continuing to provide students with opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills and connect with a community of driven peers.
