Low-Cost Counseling Services for the Tulsa Community
Appointment Information
We are located in Main Hall 2403
The Al Carlozzi Center for Counseling at OSU-Tulsa is open and available for appointments Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Group counseling times may take place outside of these regular hours.
Submit the appointment request form or call 918-594-8568 to complete a brief phone intake. Please be aware that at times you may be placed on a waitlist for services.
Counseling Services Provided
We provide time limited/short-term services. These services include:
- Individual counseling
- Couples counseling
- Group counseling (please contact us for current schedule)
- Letter-writing services for gender affirming health care for adults
Support Groups - Fall 2024
Groups are open to the OSU-Tulsa campus community and members of the public. All groups are offered free of charge.
ADHD Skills Group
Focuses on building executive function skills and using self-accommodating supports to help with attention, memory, time management, organization, and fidgeting.

- What is Counseling?
Counseling is a confidential process where those struggling with some aspect of life enter into a therapeutic relationship in order to gain insight and make changes in their life. This may involve exploring thoughts, perceptions, reactions, behaviors and/or emotions in order to better understand oneself. Counseling aims to help people improve their well-being, alleviate distress, resolve crises, and increase their ability to live in ways consistent with their values.

Additionally, services provided are confidential, meaning that your information is kept private and protected according to applicable ethical codes and legal standards.
