Scheduling an Exam

Here are some helpful tips and procedures when you are ready to schedule an exam appointment at the OSU-Tulsa Testing Center.

General Appointment Scheduling Procedures

Appointments can be scheduled in person, over the phone (918)594-8232, or by emailing tulsa.testing@okstate.edu. Appointments are required and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are scheduling by email, please be sure to include:

  • First and Last name

  • Course Number and/or name of the exam.

    • For non-OSU university exams, please include the name of your institution.

  • A preferred date and time

    • The time requested must allow for the complete time offered by the exam.

    • Keep in mind that all appointments must be completed 15 minutes prior to the OSU-Tulsa Testing Center's close of business time.

Please be sure to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. In our temporary location, we have a limited number of seats available.

Prior to scheduling, students must obtain approval from their instructor to test at the OSU-Tulsa Testing Center.

After scheduling, it is the student's responsibility to inform the instructor (or the appropriate College Online/Outreach/Distance Office) of the appointment date and time so they can submit the exam at least 24 hours prior to the appointment

It is also the student's responsibility to complete any college proctoring registration paperwork at least one week in advance of the appointment.
