A certificate program designed to build participants’ emotional awareness, strengthen interpersonal skills, and provide practical strategies for navigating conflict with confidence. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, individuals learn how to recognize emotional triggers, communicate effectively, and resolve disagreements in ways that build trust and collaboration.

1. Complete 2 hours’ worth of LinkedIn Online Courses for Workplace Collaboration

  • Working with Difficult People (56 min,)
  • Developing Your Emotional Intelligence (42 min.)
  • Communicating with Civility and Respect at Work (36 min.)
  • Teamwork Foundations (1 hr. 15 mins.)
  • How to Proactively Manage Conflict as an Employee (26 min.)
  • Building Trust (54 min.)

2. Attend two instructor-led/virtual courses:

  • Conflict Resolution (2 hours)
  • Emotional Intelligence (2 hours)

3. Attend an OSU in Tulsa Staff Conference within a two-year period (either Spring or Fall).

4. Submit a written component

  • Complete and turn in the group discussion sheet from Conflict Resolution

5. Complete the Workplace Collaboration Certificate Program within one year from attending an instructor-led course.
