SEE ROOM RATES

Auditorium

  • 376 people max seating, with ground and balcony sections.
  • Food and beverages not allowed in the auditorium.
  • Pre-function lobby space has built-in registration area and public bathrooms.
  • A/V – podium with mic, sound system, PC Computer or VGA laptop connection, 25 foot drop down screen, blue ray, VCR/DVD player, 7-channel sound board, and house lights.
    • Handheld and lapel mics, mixers, media connections are based on availability. Groups may bring in their own audio-visual equipment and staff.
  • Audiovisual support for event set-up, then on-call for emergencies.

B.S. Roberts Room

  • Fits 13 round (60-inch) tables.
  • Tables fit 8 chairs (seating 104 people total).
  • Three 6-foot tables at the back of the room for food.
  • Fixed podium at front of the room.
  • A/V – PC Computer or VGA Laptop connection, LCD Projector, 2 drop-down screens, ELMO and podium mic.

Pete and Pat Bartlett Tulsa Room

  • 40 people max.
  • 10 square tables that fit 4 people per table.
  • Tables and chairs can be arranged to fit your meeting setup.
  • 12 foot food and beverage station built into the room with sink.
  • A/V – podium, PC Computer or wireless laptop connection for air media connection system, and 60 inch HD TV.

Bank of Oklahoma Room

  • 44 people max.
  • 11 square tables that fit 4 people per table.
  • Tables and chairs can be arranged to fit your meeting setup.
  • 12 foot food and beverage station built into the back of the room.
  • A/V – podium, PC Computer or wireless laptop connection for air media connection system, LCD Projector, drop down screen and handheld microphone.

Tiered Classrooms

  • Tiered classroom seat up to 100 people max.
  • Two 6-foot tables in back of the room for food and beverage.
  • A/V – PC Computer or VGA Laptop connection, LCD Projector, drop down screens, ELMO and whiteboard.
  • Room has either a podium or instructor's desk.
  • Tiered Classroom desks do not have power or USB plug-ins.

Standard Classrooms

  • 20 – 60 person classrooms (vary in size based on availability).
  • 8 foot wooden desks with 3 seats per table.
  • All desk arranged in rows facing forward (cannot be rearranged).
  • A/V – PC Computer or VGA Laptop connection, LCD Projector, drop down screens, ELMO, and whiteboard.
  • Standard Classroom desks do not have power or USB plug-ins.

Flexible Classrooms

  • 20–40 person classrooms (vary in size based on availability).
  • Desks and chairs can be arranged to fit your meeting setup.
  • A/V – PC Computer or VGA Laptop connection, LCD Projector, drop down screens, ELMO, and whiteboard.
  • Flexible Classroom desks do not have power or USB plug-ins.

Computer Lab

  • 15-40 person computer labs available (vary in size based on availability).
  • Individual workstations with Windows, Web browsers and Microsoft Office products pre-installed.
  • Additional/proprietary software cannot be installed on these computers. Administrative rights will not be granted to Conference Center clients.
  • No food or beverage allowed in any computer labs.
  • Computer labs are rented by the hour. Any partial hour usage is charged as a full hour (for example, 1 hour and 15 minutes is charged as 2 hours).
