New York Times Academic Group Pass

Oklahoma State University provides access to NYTimes.com for current students, faculty and staff through an Academic Group Pass.

How to register

1. Go to OSU Tulsa Library Off-Campus Access website.

2. If registering from off-campus, you will be prompted to enter your Okey credentials (OSU email and password).

3. At the New York Times Academic Pass page, select Create Account.

4. Register for an account using your OSU email address and create a password.

5. Select either Student, Faculty/Staff or Other/Non-Academic. Students should enter their graduation year.

6. To complete registration, click Sign Up. Please note when your Academic Pass will expire (for students, access will expire 12/31 of the graduation year chosen; faculty/staff will have 4 years of account access after which they can re-authenticate by visiting the account registration link).

7. Select Go to NYTimes.com link to continue to the New York Times website.
